I'm Syretta Clyde Gillette - Wife, Mom, & Career Chic.  I am your everyday working mama of 2 very active boys.  Between my demanding Corporate America  career in Information Technology combined with school, sports, and extra-curricula activities, I stay on the go... that was... before Covid-19 came and put a plug in nearly everything. 

Rather than stress and worry, I decided to take the time to "Just Breathe".  I began meditating more, reignited my love in gardening and finding ways to alleviate anxiety and stress factors for my family, who's daily social activities were suddenly halted.  My duty became to create an environment that would promote calmness over boredom and light-heartedness over stress and anxiety.  

Emotional and mental wellness is multi-dimensional and does not discriminate.  Not only do oils promote emotional and mental health, it is a great tool for physical health and home care!!   I was now in a position to create daily routines and introduce my family to the beautiful and natural effects of oils.  My youngest son (as I've called my "Zen-Child") and I were already firm believers in the use of aromatherapy and the many health and mental benefits it promotes.  After introducing it to my husband, the best reward from him was "I'm sleeping SO well.  It is extremely relaxing and keep it going".  Since introducing them, not a night has passed by we haven't fallen asleep to diffusing one of our favorite blends.
